Alison Quest

I am a creative yet pragmatic change communications professional and a champion of employee-led change. My roots are in human resources, having qualified with an MSc in Personnel Management nearly 15 years ago. Since then I have worked in senior positions within blue-chip organisations, focusing on employee communication and large-scale change programmes.

I have been involved in delivering change and engagement solutions across a breadth of business challenges. These range from merger and acquisitions, cost reduction and redundancy programmes, organisation restructuring and changes in senior executives, off-shoring, developing customeroriented cultures, sales effectiveness projects, internal brand building, systems
implementations and a pension deficit reduction.

Whatever the business environment, I have placed a growing emphasis on employee-led change and have proven that this process, when managed well, can deliver dramatic results time and again.

I have added another dimension to this practical experience by completing an MBA and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Coaching. Together, these have heightened my commercial acumen and business know-how, and given me a fantastic toolkit to use as I work with leaders.

Curiosity, creativity and lots of energy motivate me to continue to explore how organisations can tap into the potential of their people, and I am committed to working in partnership with our clients to create change that can be sustained over the
long term.

Emma Bridger

I’m an award-winning internal communication and employee engagement specialist. I have over 10 years experience gained
in a variety of roles, in diverse organisations from Utilities and financial Services through to the public sector.

I came to internal communication and engagement via an unconventional route, previously lecturing in psychology on graduate and post-graduate courses.

Combining this understanding of psychology with practical business experience, and an MBA, I have demonstrated how internal communication and employee engagement can help organisations achieve goals and create a competitive advantage.

Working at all levels within an organisation, with the board through to front line employees, my specific areas of expertise include culture change and major change programmes, employee and brand engagement, leadership communication and the application of new media and digital technology within organisations.

I am a regular conference speaker and case studies detailing my work have been published in industry journals. I’m also a qualified, practising coach and a member of the Institute of Public Relations. I’m passionate about the value internal communication and employee engagement can add to an organisation.
