Involving people is at the heart of employee engagement. In our everyday lives we now have the opportunity to get increasingly involved in matters affecting us. We use trip advisor to let people know about a great hotel, use net doctor to diagnose our ailments and facebook to stay connected to friends and family. This collaboration is now expected in the workplace and with it comes a greater opportunity for engagement. There are many ways you can involve your people from focus groups or think-tanks through to workshops and co-creation of strategy.
