On a warm July morning a group of like-minded professionals from the world of internal communications and employee engagement gathered in the tranquil setting of London’s Energy clinic.
The reason?
To talk about shiny, happy people and the art of truly engaging your workforce. The CommunicationsLab was joined by Emma Bridger, Head of Internal Communication at E.ON, who provided some real life, practical know how on the subject. The workshop was highly interactive giving attendees a chance to not only learn about both theory and real life practice but also to give them an opportunity to experience some of the engagement tools and techniques we were talking about. The workshop also presented a great networking opportunity bringing together companies such as Shell, Everest and EDF Energy to sway stories, ideas and debate the issues of the day.
